I work with individuals suffering from a range of mood and anxiety disorders, OCD, attention and executive functioning challenges, and disordered eating behaviors.  I also work with individuals who are not functioning at their best and want to optimize their overall mental health and wellness.

I take a holistic approach to mental health, recognizing that physical, emotional, and spiritual health are interconnected. I work with patients to develop a comprehensive treatment plan to address all aspects of their well-being. This includes nutrition, exercise, sleep, and other lifestyle factors that impact mental health.
